Sometimes you should follow your heart not experts' advices
According to the research (I cannot remember which research paper I read) Pinterest is no good for creativity as it can undermine our confidence when we see how brilliant others' work is. Hah, I believe those who said things like this do not make things themselves and don't use Pinterest to look for inspiration. They look in from outside and fail to understand the users from within.
